AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING PART III OF AMENDMENT
TO SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE, 1966
REVISION TO 1962-1963 EDITION ENTITLED
PLUMBING, AS PREPARED BY SOUTHERN BUILDING
CODE CONGRESS AS THE PLUMBING CODE OF THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.. Tha Part III of Amendment to Southern Standard
Building Code, 1966 Revision to 1962-1963 Edition, entitled Plumbing, as
prepared by Southern Building Code Congress, be and the same is hereby
adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that two
true copies of said Code are herewith filed in the Office of the City Clerk
as a matter of permanent record of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that
the matters and contents therein by reference are made a part of this
Ordinance as fully and completely as if set forth herein, and that said
copies shall remain on file in said office available for public inspection.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 908, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 27th day of March, 1967, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
28th day of March, 1967.
