AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, ADO?FING SOUTHERN STANDARD
HOUSING CODE, 1965 EDITION, PREPARED BY
SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE CONGRESS, AS
THE HOUSING CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Southern Standard Housing Code, 1965 Edition,
prepared by Southern Building Code Congress, be and the same is hereby
adopted as the Housing Code of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that two
true copies of said Code are herewith filed in the Office of the City Clerk
as a matter of permanent record of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that
the matters and contents therein by reference are made a part of this
Ordinance as fully and completely as if set forth herein, and that said
copies shall remain on file in said office available for public inspection.
SECTION 2. That ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 27th day of March, 1967, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sa~ford, Florida, on the
28th day of March, 1967.
