THIS TEMPORARY SIGN EASEMENT AGREEMENT is entered by and
between SEMINOLE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
address is Seminole County Services Building, 1101 East First Street, Sanford, Florida
32771 (hereafter referred to as the "COUNTY") and the CITY OF SANFORD, a Florida
municipal corporation, whose address is 300 North Park, Sanford, Florida 32771
(hereafter referred to as "CITY").
WIT NESSETH:
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of ONE AND N01100 DOLLAR ($1.00) and
tither good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
COUNTY, does hereby give, grant, bargain and release to the CITY, a temporary
easement to enter upon the following lands of the COUNTY, said real property being
described as follows:
TAX PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 25- 19- 30 -5AG -0203 -0040
FOR THE PURPOSES of allowing the CITY to construct banner signs from time-
to -time by attaching the supports relating to the banner signs to the building located on
said COUNTY property in a non- building degrading manner and to access the said real
property and to conduct any and all reasonable acts and works as aforesaid in order to

install, maintain and remove the banner signs. All required permitting shall be the
obligation of the CITY and the CITY shall ensure that all permits have been
appropriately obtained.
THE CITY SHALL NOTICE THE COUNTY prior to the installation of the
installation of banner signage and provide -the COUNTY with a copy of each permit that
has been obtained prior to the installation of signage.
THIS EASEMENT shall commence upon the date of execution. The COUNTY
may terminate this Easement at any time, with thirty (30) days advance written notice to
the CITY and expire upon notice to the CITY by the County. Upon termination the CITY
shall cause an affidavit to be executed by either the CITY's City Engineer or the CITY's
Public Works Director and cause said affidavit to be delivered to the COUNTY.
BY ACCEPTANCE AND USE of the easement rights granted herein the CITY
agrees to accept, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the limits set forth in law,
responsibility for its acts of negligence and, further, agrees to reasonably return the
subject property to the condition that it existed in prior to the use of the said property by
the CITY. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the CITY does not hereby waive or release
any rights inuring to its benefit under the provisions of Section 768.28, Florida Statutes,
and other applicable law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the COUNTY has hereunto set its hand and seal the
date set forth below.
