AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF -qANFORD,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING NATIONAL ELECTRICAL
CODE, 1965, AS PREPARED BY NATIONAL FIRE
PROTECTION ASSOCIATION, AS T~tE ELECTRICAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITYDF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That National Electrica]Jode, 1965, as prepared
by National Fire Protection Association, be an(the same is hereby
adopted as the Electrical Code of the City of ~gnford, Florida, and that
two true copies of said Code are herewith fid in the Office of the City
Clerk as a matter of permanent record of e City of San/oral, Florida,
and that the matters and contents therein/reference are made a part
of this Ordinance as fully and complete~as if set forth herein, and that
said copies shall remain on file in saJ-fi/ice available for public inspection.
SECTION 2. That all ord'rices or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same; hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That thi~'dinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage aad°ption.
