AN O~INANCE OF THE CITy O~ SANFo~,
FLO~DA, A~EXiNG TO AND INCLUDING
WITHIN THE CO~TE AREA OF THE CITy
O~ SANFo~, FLORIDA, THE AREAS DES-
C~BED HEREINAFTER, IN ACCO~ANCE WITH
THE PROVISIONS 0~ C~ER 57-~815, LAWs
OF FLO~DA, ACTS OF 1957.
WHEREAS, there has been filed With the City Clerk of the City
of Sanford, Florida, three (3) Petitions containing the names of Property
OWners in the areas described hereinafter, requesting annexation to the
corporate area of the City of Sanford, FlOrida, and requesting to be
included therein; and
WHEREAS, said petitions were duly certified to the Tax
Assessor of Seminole County, Florida, Pursuant to Chapter 57-1815,
Laws of FlOrida, Acts of 1957, and the certifications of the Tax Assessor
of Seminole County, FlOrida, as to the sufficiency of Such Petitions PUr-
suant to the terms of said Act received; and
WHEREAs, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, FlOrida,
has deemed it in the best interest of the City to accept said petitions and
to annex said areas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED
CITy OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: BY THE PEOPLE OF THE
SECTION 1. That those c -
described as follows, to-wit: errata areas in Seminole County, Florida,
West 50 feet of Lot 22, EVANS SUBDIVISION; AND
Lots 389, 391, 393, 395, 397, 399, 401, 438, 440,
442, 444, 446, 448, 450, 452, 454, 456, 458, and
460, FRANK L. WOODRUFF SUBDIVISION; AND
Begin at a Point 1429.4 feet East of the intersection
of the SOUth right-of-way line of Saint Gertrude Avenue

with the Northerly right-of-way line of the Atlantic
Coast Line Railroad, thence run East 453.6 feet,
thence run South to the North right-of-way line of
the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, thence run North-
westerly along said Railroad right-of-way line to a
point due South of the Point of Beginning, thence run
due North to the Point of Beginning, in Section 96,
Township 19 South, Range $0 East, Seminole County,
F lorida;
be and the same are hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of
Sanford, Florida, pursuant to the terms of Chapter 57-1.815, Laws of
Florida, Acrs of 1957.
SECTION 2. That upon this Ordinance becoming effective, the
residents and property owners in the above described annexed areas shall
be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and immunities as are from
time to time granted to residents and property owners of the City of Sanford,
Florida, and as are further provided in Chapter 57-1815, Laws of Florida,
Acts of 1957, and shall further be subject to responsibilities of residence or
ownership as may be from time to time determined by the governing authority
of the City of Sanford, Florida, and the provisions of said Chapter 57-1815,
Laws of Florida, Acts of 1957.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.

CERTIFICATE
I, H. L. Whelchel, City Clerk of the City of
Sanford, Florida, do hereby certify that a true and correct
copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 914, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 24th day of April, 1967, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
25th day of April, 1967.
