ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THOSE CERTAIN STREETS AND
ALLEYS, HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, IN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION L That those portions of certain streets and alleys in
the City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of Cross Street bounded by the South right
of way of First Street, the North right of way of East
Street, the West line of Block il, and the East line of
Block 2; AND
That portion of East Street bounded by the East right
of way of Sanford Avenue, the West right of way of
Cypress Ax~nue, the South line of Blocks 2 and 11,
and the North line of Blocks 3 and 10; AND
That certain alley bounded by the South right of way of
East Street, the North right of way of Second Street,
the West line of Block 10, and the East line of Block 3;
All in Chapman and Tucker Addition, according to plat
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 24 Seminole County
Public Records
be and the same are closed, vacated and abandoned as public alleys and
streets in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim
for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving, however, unto the
City of Sanford and its successors an easement for utilities over and upon
the said North-South alley from Second Street Northerly to the North Half
of East Street and the North Half of East Street and the West Half of Cross
Street.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 23rd
day of May, 1967.
