ORDINANCE NO. 916 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDON- ING THAT CERTAIN NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY LYING SOUTH OF 24TH STREET BETWEEN PARK AND OAK AVENUES, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That that certain North-South alley lying South of 24th Street between Park and Oak Avenues, in the City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows: That certain North-South alley lying adjacent to Lots 1 through 6, Pine Heights, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 34 and 35, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving, however, unto the City of Sanford an easement for public utilities. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June , A.D. 1967. M~lyor .
