AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NLRdBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY
IN M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended,
said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land and water, for trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Begin at a point 1429.4 feet East of the intersection
of the South right of way line of St. Gertrude Avenue
and the Northerly right of way line of ACL Railroad,
thence run East 453.6 feet, thence run South to the
North right of way line of ACL Railroad, thence run
Northwesterly along said Railroad right of way line
to a point due South of the point of beginning, thence
run due North to the point of beginning, in Section 26,
Township 19 South, Range 30 East,
be and the same is hereby placed in M-i, (Light Industrial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on

door of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 12th day of September, 1967.
