AN ORDINANGE OF THE GITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANGE NO. 771.
OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANGE
BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE GITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT TRANSL
FERRING GERTAIN TERRITORY FROM R-~.AA
(SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRIGT TO G-2
(GENERAL COMMERGIAL) DISTRIGT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE GITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1-. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1-962, as amended, said ordin-
ance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures,
land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and
the same is hereby amended as follows:
Beginning at a point 42.77 feet North of the intersection
of the centerlines of Seminole Boulevard a~d Palmetto
Avenue according to the Plat of Lake View Park, as
corded in Plat Book 3, page 41, of the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida, said point being on the Northerly
line of said Lake View Park, run S. 69° 16' 45" East along
said Northerly line a distance of 176.57 feet, thence run
North 453.40 feet, thence run N. 27° 36' 14" East a distance
of 17.27 feet, thence run North 40.54 feet, thence run East
144.09 feet, thence run S. 68° 16' 45" East a distance of
294.79 feet, thence run N. 20° 43' i5' East a distance of
367.05 feet, thence run N. 69° 16' 45" West a distance of
981.06 feet, thence run S. 34° 43' 15" West a distance of
417.23 feet, thence run S. 17° 16' 45" East a distance of
63.00 feet, thence run S. 69° 1-6' 45" East a distance of
1-09.96 feet, thence run N. 20° 43' 1-5" East a distance of
9.67 feet, thence run S. 69° t6' 45" East a distance of
275.62 feet, thence run South 484.70 feet, thence run
S. 69° 16' 45" East a distance of 52.22 feet to the point of
beginning,
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-1AA (Single Family Dwelling)
District to C-2 (General Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
