Q25 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDON- ING THAT CERTAIN NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY LYING NORTH OF COMMERCIAL STREET BETWEEN SANFORD AND PALMETTO AVENUES, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That that certain North-South alley lying North of Commercial Street between Sanford and Palmetto Avenues, in the City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows: The South 158.49 feet of that certain North-South alley lying between Sanford Avenue and Palmetto Avenue and North of Commercial Street; be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the City of Sanford Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving, however, unto the City of Sanford an easement for public utilities. SECTION 2. That ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this C ity'C le rk 23friday of October. , A.D. 1967.
