AN ~DINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
VACATING, ABAND(EIING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN ALLEY FOURTEEN FEET IN WIDTH, RUN-
NING NORTH AND SOUTH BETWeeN ~VELFTH AND
THIRTE~ITH STREETS T~OUGH BLOCE 14, TIER 8,
GE THE TOWN OF SANFORD, ACCORDING TO E. R.
TRAI~ORD'S MAP THEREOF, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, BUT RESERVING TO SAID CITY CERTAIN
RIGRTS IN SA~D bT.?.Ey.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE C~ THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the portion of that certain alley fourteen feet
in width, running North and South between Twelfth and Thirteenth Streets,
through Block 14, Tier S, c~ the Town of Sanford, according to E. R. Trafford's
Map thereof as recorded in Plat Book l, pages §6-64, of the Public Records
of Seminole Oounty, Florida, in the City of Sanford, Florida, extending
Northward to Twelfth Street from the spur track of the Atlantic Coast Line
Railroad Company across said alley, be, and the same is hereby vacated, aban-
doned and closed, provided, however, that there is hereby reserved to the
City of S-~*ord an easement over, across and under said portion of said alley
for the installation and m~fntenance thereon or thereunder of sewer lines and
other public utilities, together with the right of ingress and egress over
and upon said portion c~ said alley for such purposes of installation or main-
tenance of said sewers or said utilities.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flier herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect Immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
