Section 1. That that certain alley as platted bet~een Lot 8
on the East and Lots 9, 10 and !1 on the ',?est, all of G. C. Keeley's ·
Addition to ~anford, Florida, eceording to plat thereof recorded
~lat Book Z, page 80, ~ublic Records of Se~nole County, Florida, be,
and the s~e is hereby, vacated, clbsed and abandoned as a public alley
of the City of Sanford, Florida, provided, however, that there is here-
by reserved to the City of Sanford, Florida, its successors, assigns,
~d licensees a perpetual easement under, upon ~d across the property
