Ail ORDINANCE OF ~ CIi~/ 0F SANF©ItD, FLORIDA, I732[i~IG APPROPRIATIONS FOR ~E CITY OF SAI~0RD, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL Y~%R BEGI1~NIi'IG 0C?0BAR l, 1949 AlqD ~iDII,~ SEP~'~ 30, 1950. %~It~PjEAS, the City ~ianager has prepared and submitted a budget of revenues and expenditures of the City of Sanford, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning October l, 1949 and ending September $0, 1950, in accordance ~ith the Charter of said City of Sanford, ~lorida, and upon consideration thereof said budget of revenues and expenditures was adopted and approved as the budget of said City for the fiscal year be- gi~n~ng October l, 1949 and ending September ~0, 1950, and WHEREAS, the City Corem1 ssioners are of the opinion that the several items of expenditures for said fiscal year beginning October l, 19~9 and ending September ~0, 1950, are reasonable, necessary and proper for the administration of the affairs of said City and the proper con- duct of said City. NOW, TPI~R~FORE, BE IT E~ACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: Section 1. That said budget of revenues and expenditures of said City of Sanford, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning October l, 1949 and ending September 30, 1950, approved by resolution of the City Commission of said City on the 26th day of September 1949, a copy of which is hereto attached and hereby made a pe3~t of this Ordinance, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved, confirmed, accepted and adopted. Section 2. That the said estimates of expenditures be, -1- and they a~e hereby established and fixed as appropriations from the revenues to be derived by said City of Sanford, ~lorida, from taxes to be levied and collected, and from all other sources, for the various purposes as set forth in the said estimates for the said period begin- uing October l, 19~9 and ending Beptember ~0, lgB0. Section $. That all ordinances, or parts of ordi~ances' in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon its passage and adoption- pASSED AND AD01~ this 26th day of September, 1949.
