BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 419, passed and
adopted August ll, 1947, same being an ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, levying and imposing license taxes and prescribing
conditions and amounts for issuance of sa~e, be, and the same is here-
by amended at No. 178 under Schedule of Occupations and License Taxes
as set out in Section 5, to read as foll~s:

value of stock carried as of September 30 im-
preceding the license year at the following rates:

Section 2. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately upon its passage and adoption.
