19~8, BEING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC
IN THE CITT OF SANFORD, BT DESIGNATING IN
SAID SCHEDULE AS ~N ADDITIONAL THROUGH STRE~r
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF 0~K AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FL(RIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BT THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Schedule Number 4, of Ordinance Number 442,
of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 29, 1948,
same being an ordinance regulating traffic upon the streets, avenues and
alleys ~f the City of Sanford, Florida, be, and the same is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of the following words designating portions of
Oak Avenue in the City of Sanford, Florida, as a through street:
"Oak Avenue - between First Street and
Ninth Street, and between Ninth Street
and Thirteenth Street."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage and adoption.
