ING A ZONING PLAI~ WITHIN THE OITY OF
SANFORD, SAID AM~DMENT TRANSFERRING
TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R-3 TO DISTRICT
R-4 IN SAID CI TM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY ~F SAN~0RD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended,
said ordinance being entitled: "An ordinance establishing a zon-
ing plan within the City of Sanford, creating eleven (ll) districts,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, the height and size of structures, and size of open
spaces for light and ventilation; adopting a map of said districts;
defining terms used; providing for the adjustment, enforcement
and amendment thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation-
be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
The property zoned in District R-3 One (Single) Family
District, described as property situate in Sanford, Seminole County,
Florida, bounded on the North by Seventh Street, on the East by
Olive Avenue extended South along West line of Olive Avenue to a
point ll7 feet South of Twelfth Street, thence West 147.75 feet,
thence North to Seventh Street, is hereby transferred to District
R-4 Multiple Family District.
Section 2. TJat all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.

Immediately upon its passage and adoption.
