ORDINANCE, TO THE SJ~ OF TjJENTY-FIVE

BE IT ~LACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SA~FORD, FLORIDA:
section 1. That Ordinance Number 347 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted January 24, 1944, same be-
ing entitled "An ordinance of the City of Ss~ford, Florida, re-
quiring the payment of an annual license tax on dogs, and provid-
ing for the disposition o~ dogs.upon which a license tax has not
been paid" be, and the same is hereby amended in respect to the
amount of the one dollar per year license tax therein required,
which license tax is hereby reduced to the amount of twenty-five
cents per year, and that portion of the first sentence of Section
i of said ordinance Number 347, reading as follows: ,,and on or
before the first day of February of each and every year thereafter
pay to the City of S~uford an annual license tax of one dollar
for each such dog" be, and the same is hereby amended to read:
,,and on or before the first day of February of each and every
year thereafter pay to the City of Sanford an annual license tax
of twenty-five cents for each such dog".
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
