'.£H"~S, the City ilanager has -repared and submitted a
budget of revenues and expenditures of the City of Sanford, Florida,
for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1950 and ending .~eptember
30, 1951, in accordance with the Charter of said City of Sanford,
Florida, and upon consideration thereof said budget of revenues
and expenditures was adopted and approved as the budget of said
City for the fiscal year beginning October l, 1950 and ending
September 30, 1951, and
',Fttl]Rv~aS, the City Coam~issioners are of the opinion that
the several ites~s of expenditures for said fiscal year beginning
October l, 1950 and ending September 50, 1951, are reasonable, nec-
essary and proper for the administration of the affairs of said City
and the proper conduct of said City.
NOW, %~0R~, BE IT L~ACTED BY %TiE PEOPLE OF Y~iE CI%~f
0F S~X?0R~D, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That said budget of revenues and expenditures
of said City af Sanford, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning
October l, 1950 and ending September 30, 1951, approved by resolution
of the City Co.m~ ssion of said City on the 2~th day of
. September , 1950, a copy of which is hereto attached and
hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be, and the same is hereby
ratified, approved, confirmed, accepted and adopted.
Section 2. That the said estimates of expendit~r_es be,
and they are hereby established and fixed as appropriations from
the revenues to be derived by said City of Sanford, Florida, from
taxes to be levied and collected, and from all other sources, for
the various purposes as set forth in the said estimates for the said
period beginning October l, 1950 and ending september 30, 1951.
Section 3. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances,
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2~th~ day of September
1950.
