HomeMy WebLinkAbout481ORDINANCE NO. ~81 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY O~ SANFORD, FLORIDA, VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING CERTAIN STREETS AND IN, AND IN THE VIGINITY OF, SEMINOLE PARK IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLOR~DA: Section 1. That the following streets and alleys situate in, and in the vicinity of, Seminole Park as recorded in Plat Book 2, page ?§, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, in the City of Sanford, Florida, namely: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) Ninth Street from the East line of Mulberry Avenue to the West line of Olive Avenue. Jessamine Avenue from the North line of Tenth Street to the South line of Eighth Street. Oleander Avenue from the North line of Tenth Street to the South line cf Eighth Street. Mangoustine Avenue from the North line of Tenth Street to the South line of Eighth Street. That certain alley running East and West parallel to, and between, Eighth street and Ninth Street, from the East line of ~ulberry Avenue to the West line of Olive Avenue. be and the same are hereby vacated, abandoned and closed as streets and alleys of the City of Sanford, Florida. section 2. That all ordinances or parts cf ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective im- mediately upon its passage and adoption.
