AN ORDINANCE OF %~HE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, VACATING, ABANDONING AND
CLOSIMG THAT CERTAIN ALLEY PLATTED
IN BLOCK ~. OF SAN CARLOS SUBDIVISION
AND ACROSS A PORTION OF LOTS 9 AND l0
OF BLOCK "0" OF FIRST S~iREET EXTENSION
IN THE CITY OF ~I~NFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BT THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the entire alley platted in Block 2 of
SAN CARLOS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, of the
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, and the westerly exten-
sion of such alley across the South 8.89 feet of Lot l0 and the
North 6.11 feet of Lot 9 of Block "0", First Street Extension, as
recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 76 and 76-A of the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby vacated, abandoned,
and closed.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
