AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY O~ SANFORD, FLORIDA,
VACATI~G, ABANDONING, Ab~ CLOSING A CERTAIN
STREET A~ PARKV~AY EXTENDING OFF EDIT?iA CIRCLE
AA~D PARTIALLY BOU~/DED BY LOTS 22, 23, and 32,
IN HIGHIJ~ND pAR~ ~tTBDIVISIOM~, SAI~FORD, FLfRIDA.
BE IT ENACTED HY T~2E PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SAAVFORD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the street and parkway extending off
of EdithaCircle and partially surrounded by Lots 22, 23, and
32, of Highland park, Sanford, Florida, embraced within the fol-
lowing description, to-wit:
From the Southeast corner of Lot 23, Block
I of Highland park, Sanford, Florida, as re-
corded in Plat Book 4, page 28, of the public
records of S6minole County, Florida, run in a
Northeasterly direction along a curve to the
right having a radius of lll.0 feet a distance
of 27.34 feet to t~e point of beginning; run
thence on a curve to the left having a radius of
26.6 feet a distance of 57.85 feet, run thence
on a curve to the right having a radius of 35.0
feet a distance of 170.92 feet, run thence on a
curve to the left having a radius of 25.0 feet
a distance of 17.60 feet, run thence South ~4 de-
grees 55 minutes East 6.52 feet, run thence on
a curve to the left having a radius of 25 feet
a distance of ~6.29 feet, more or less, to a point
on the Northerly right of way line of Editha Cir-
cle as shown on the aforesaid plat of Highland
park, run thence in a Sout~esterly direction
along a curve to the left, having a radius of
263.0 feet a distance of 20.70 feet to the P.
C.C. of a curve to the left having a radius of
lll.0 feet, run thence along said curve having
a radius of lll.0 feet a distance of 37.03 feet
to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated, abandoned, and closed as a
street and parkway of the City of Sanford, Florida.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
