HomeMy WebLinkAbout488 ORDINANCE N0._4~ AN 0RDINANOE OF ~ 0ITY OF SANFORD, FLOR~DA, AMENDING 0RDI~ANOE NUMB~ 362 OF SAID 0ITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING AN 0RDINANOE ESTABLISHING A ZONI~G PLAN WITHIN ~ CITY OF SANFORD, AND SAID A~MENT TRANSFERRING CER- TAIN TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R-i-X TO DISTRICT R-2, AND CERTAIN TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R-3 TO DISTRICT C-l, AND CERTAIN TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R-1-A TO DISTRICT R-Z IN SAID CITY. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFoRD, FLORIDA: Oity of as amend- Section 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, ed, said ordinance being entitled: "An ordinance establishing a zoning plan within the City of Sanford, creating eleven (ll) dis- tricts, regulating and restricting the location and use of build- ings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, the height and size of structures, and size of op- en spaces for light and ventilation; adopting a map of said dis- tricts;defining terms used; providing for the adjustment, enforce- ment and amendment thereof; and prescribing penalties for VA~la- rich- be, and the s~me is hereby amended as follows: (a) The property zoned in District R-1-X ONE (SINGLE) FA~KLY DISTRICT, described as property situate in Sanford, Sem- inole County, Florida, bounded on the North by Third Street, on the East by Pecan Avenue, on the South by Fifth Street, and on the V~est by Mangoustine Avenue, which property is also described as Blocks § and 6, of Tiers 14, 15, and 16, c~ Town of Sanford, according to E. R.
