AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMEND-
ING SECTION ONE OF ORDIItANCE NO. 508, PASSED AND ADOP-
TED SEPTEMBER 23, 1952, BY ~7~IN~NATING THE LICENSE
THEREIN REQUIRED IN CERTAIN CASES FOR OPERATORS OF
AMUSE~T DA~VICES, AND P~ViSING ~E A~0UNT OF THE
LICENSE ~EES THEREIN PROVIDED FOR A~USE~ENTS.
BE IT ENADTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF sANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 508, of the
City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted September 23, 1952, which
Ordinance amended Sub-section l0 of Section 5 of Ordinance No. ~19
of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted September ll, 19~7,
and relating to occupational license fees for amusements as therein
specified, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
-SECTION 1. That Sub-section l0 of Section 5 of Ord-
inance No. ~19 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed
and adopted August ll, 19~7, same being the occupation-
al license ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

Automatic Pianos, Phonographs or oth-
er instruments of like character:
Each machine · · · · ....... · .......... $25.00
(b) Amusement Parlors, having games and
other amusement devices, not other-
wise classified by ordinance,having
not in excess of 20 such ga~s or
devices. ·......-..'-''' ...... .....$25.00
(1) For each game or device in ex-
cess of 20 the license tax shall be
in addition to the above, for each 3.00
(c) Coin operated devices mot otherwise
specified: Each device ......... .. 25.00
Amusement Park ............... ... · 75.00
(f) ~usements not otherwise covered
by Ordinance, per week... ........ 25.00"
SECTION 2. That the schedule of fees hereinabove provided
in Section i shall apply to all occupational licences issued for the
occupations therein covered subsequent to October l, 1952.
SECTION 3. That ell ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION ~. That this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately upon its passage and adoption.
