OF sAID SECTION ~'iD 0RDINA~CE THE DEPOSIT OF
COUR~£SY METER PAYMEI~T cARDS ON }~OTOR VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SJd~FORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section I of Ordinance No. 206 of
the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted July 25, 1932,
such Section and Ordinance prohibiting the deposit of handbills
and other advertising matter on motor vehicles or p~emises in the
City, except in certain instances, be and the same is hereby
s~aended to read as follows:
,,SECTI0~J 1. That it shall be unlawful
for any person, firm Or corporation to de-
posit Or cause to be deposited on or in
motor vehicles in the City of Sanford,Flor-
ida, or on any prS~.~ises in the City of
Sanfo~d, Florida, any handbills, placards,
show-bills, circul.ars Or other advertis-
ing matter, but this shall not be construed
to p~event inserting such advertising mat-
ter under the door of, Or in residences or
places of business, or to prevent the de-
posit on or in motor vehicles of advertis-
ing cards showing that courtesy parking
meter deposits have been made for the space
being occupied by such vehicle."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances Or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
