BE IT E~AOTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SAI,~OED, FLCRIDA:
section 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City
of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 19&4, as
amended, said ordinance being entitled: "An ordinance es-
tablishing a zoning plan within the City of Sanford, creat-
ing eleven (ll) districts, regulating and restricting the lo-
cation and use of buildings, structures, land and water for
trade, industrY, residence or other purposes,the height and
size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and vent-
ilation; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms
used; providing for the adjustment, enforcement and amend-
ment thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation" be,
and the same is hereby amended as follows:
(a) The property situate in Sanford, Seminole
county, Florida, zoned in R-1 ONE (S~GLE) FAMILY DISTRICT,
more particularly described as Lots l, 2, 3, &, and 5, of
Block ll, Tier 8, of the Town of Sanford, Florida, according
to E. R. Trafford's map thereof as recorded in Plat Book l,
pages 56-64, of the public records of Seminole county, Flor-
ida, is hereby transferred to District C-2 O0~RC~L-INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effect-
ive Immediately upon its passage and adoption.
