AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORiDA- AMENDING SECTION 4-1, ZONING,
OF CHAP~FER 4, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORiDA, 1954, AS AMENDED,
SAID SECTION PROVIDING ZONES IN WHICH
INTOXICATING LIQUORS, EXCEPT WINE AND
BEER, MAY BE SOLD, SAID AMENDMENT IN-
CLUDING ADDITIONAL AREAS THEREIN.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE pEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 4-1, Zoning, The Code of the City of
Sanford, Florida, 1954, as amended, pertaining to areas for the sale of
intoxicating liquors, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
"(a) All of Sanford Riverfront Project, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 88, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida.
(b) Cypress Avenue between Fifth Street and Sixth
Street."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
