AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFOKD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID GITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING pLAN '6/ITIqlN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT pLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY
IN R-3 (h/IULTIPLE FAMILY DV/ELLING) DIS-
TRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE pEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
sECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follow s:

Lot 45, Less the East 100 feet of the North 1/2

be and the same is hereby placed in R-3 (Multiple Family Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
