AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY
LYING BETWEEN THIRD AND FOURTH STREETS
BETWEEN SANFORD AND CYPRESS AVENUES, IN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITYOF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain North-South alley lying between
Third and Fourth Streets between Sanford and Cypress Avenues, in the
City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows:
The North-South alley lying between Blocks 5 and
8, Chapman and Tucker Addition, Sanford, Seminole
County, Florida,
be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the
City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein, reserving, however, unto the City of
Sanford an easement for public utilities.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
