AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY
IN R-6 (MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of theCity of Sanford, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That area bounded on the North by Fifth Street,
on the South by Sixth Street, on the East by
Mangoustine Avenue, and on the West by
Pomegranite Avenue, said property being more
particularly described as follows:
Block 7, Tier 17; Block 7, less the North 1/2 of
NE 1/4, Tier 18; Block 7, Tier 19; Block 7, Tier
20, Florida Land and Colonization Company Limited
Map of St. Gertrude Addition to the Town of Sanford;
be and the same is hereby placed in R-6 (Multiple Family Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts or ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby aepealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
