AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFOR~,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN PORTION OF MUL-
BERRY, JESSAMINE AND OLEANDER AVENUES
LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF FIFTH STREET AND THE NORTH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SIXTH STREET, IN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Mulberry, Jessamine and
Oleander Avenues lying between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, in the
City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows:
That portion of Mulberry, Jessamine and Oleander
Avenues lying between the South right-of-way line
of Fifth Street and the North right-of-way line of
Sixth Street,
be and the same are closed, vacated and abandoned as streets in the
City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself
and the public all interest therein, reserving, however, unto the City
of Sanford the street right-of-way of Mulberry Avenue as an easement
for public utilities.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts or ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15¢/Q~of October , A.D.
1969.
