AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFOR~ -
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAIq~
DONING THAT CERTAIN EAST-WEST ALLEY
LYING BETWEEN LOCUST AND LAKEVIEW
AVENUES AND EAST FIRST AND EAST SEC~ND~;
STREETS, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLO:J~iDiI[~
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANF(YI~), FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain East-West alley lying between
Locust and Lakeview Avenues and East First and East Second Streets, in
the City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows:
The East-West alley lying South of Lots 1 through
9, and North of Lots 10 and 25, Block J, First
Street Extension, Sanford, Florida,
be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the
Gity of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the l~m
