AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, BEING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN-
FORD, SAID AMENDMENT PROVIDING FOR
ADDITIONAL USES IN R-3 MULTIPLE FAMILY
DISTRICTS, AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE VI OF
SAID ORDINANCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
being the Zoning Ordinance of said City, Article VI, thereof, pertaining to
Multiple Family Dwelling Districts, Section 1, Uses Permitted, be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto as permitted uses under sub-
paragraph (8) of the aforementioned section, real estate offices and in-
surance offices.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
