AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE
SOUTHERN STANDARD PLUMBING CODE, 1968
REVISION TO 1967 EDITION, AS PREPARED BY
SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE CONGRESS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Amendments to Southern Standard Plumbing Code,
1968 Revision to 1967 Edition, prepared by Southern Building Code Congress,
be and the same is hereby adopted by the City of Sanford, Florida, and that
two true copies of said Amendments are herewith filed in the Office of the
City Clerk as a matter of permanent record of the City of Sanford, Florida,
and that the matters and contents therein by reference are made a part of
this Ordinance as fully and completely as if set forth herein, and that said
copies shall remain on file in said office available for public inspection.
SECTION 2. That ail ordinances or parts or cyrdinances in conflict
herwith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
