AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING NATIONAL ELECTRICAL
CODE, 1968 EDITION, AS PREPARED BY
NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the National Electrical Code, 1968 Edition, as
prepared by National Fire Protection Association, be and the same is
hereby adopted by the City of Sanford, Florida, and that two true copies
of said Edition are herewith flied in the Office of the City Clerk as a
matter of permanent record of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that
the matters and contents therein by reference are made a part of this
Ordinance as fully and completely as if set forth herein, and that said
copies shall remain on file in said office available for lmblic inspection.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
