PROVISIONS pERCENT (2%) PURSUANT TO OF SECTION 175. 101, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1967. BE IT ENACTED BY TIdE PEOPLE OF THE. CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 283 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted AugUSt 28, 1939, assessing an excise tax of one per- cent (1%) on gross premium receipts of insurors and allocating said funds to the Firemen's Pension Fund of the City of Sanford, be and the same is hereby amended by increasing said tax to two percent (2%) pursuant to the provisions of Section 175. 101, Florida Statutes, 1967. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective July 1, 1969.
