AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF
SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT AMENDING SECTION
2 OF ARTICLE XII, BY CHANGING BUILDING HEIGHT
REGULATIONS IN C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Article XII of Ordinance No. 771 of
the City of Sanford, Florida, said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, passed and adopted February 16,
1962, as amended, regulating and restricting the location and use of
buildings, structures, .land and water for trade, industry and other pur-
poses, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. BUILDING HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
There shall be no height limitation for buildings or
structures; provided, however, that if a building or
structure exceeds 100 feet, ail off-street parking require-
ments and regulations as are from time to time in force and
effect shall be fully met as the same relate to floor space
and use."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
