AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITIIlN TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN C-2
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY TIlE PEOPLE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted FebruarY 26, 1962, as amended, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land and water, for trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That that area of Lake Monroe Industrial Park,
more particularly described as follows:
Area of Lake Monroe Lake Industrial Park
and adjacent areas being encompassed by
Fulton Street on the South, Seminole
Boulevard on the North, Mangoustine Avenue
on the West, and French Avenue on the East,
be and the same is hereby placed in C-2 (General Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
