AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD
ADOPTING REGULATIONS ESTABLISHING
MUNICIPAL STANDARDS FOR THE SUBDIVIDING
OF REAL PROPERTY AND THE LOCATION AND
RE-LOCATION OF UTILITIES AND LAND
CONTROL
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That there is herewith adopted and established
Subdivision Regulations applicable to the subdividing of real property
within the City of Sanford, Florida, such regulations being attached
hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
16th day of April, 1970.
