AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
DISTRICTS AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of theCity of Sanford, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and
water, for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
A. That that property lying South of Osceola Drive and
between E1 Portal and Mohawk Avenues, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 1 through 4, and Lots 28 and 29, Block
24, DREAMWOLD, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 3, page 90, Public Re-
cords of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-IA (Single Family
Dwelling) District.
B. That that property .lying East of Marshall Avenue
between Fifth Street and Sarita Street, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 15, 16, 20, and 21, Block 10, DREAM-WOLD,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 90, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-iA (Single Family
Dwelling) District.
C. That that property lying West of the northerly extension
of the center line of Mohawk Avenue and between Osceola and
Briarcliffe Avenues, and more particularly described as follows:
West 1/2 of Lot 8, and all of Lots 9 through 12,
and West 1/2 of Lot 28, Block 13, DREAMWOLD,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 90, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-lA (Single Family
Dwelling) District.
D. That that property lying South of Twenty-sixth Street
between Sanford and North Carolina Avenues, and more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Lots 1 through 5, A. B. Russell's Addition to
Fort Reed, Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-1

E. That that property lying at the Southeast Corner of
the intersection of Eighteenth Street and Peach Avenue, and
more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Pine Level Subdivision,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6, page 37, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be an~ the same is hereby placed in R-5 (One and Two Family
Dwelling) District.
F. That that property lying between Orlando Drive (Highway
17-92) and HiawathatAvenue, and more particularly described as
follows:
Lots 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11, Block 15, DREAMWOLD,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 90, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in C-1 (Neighborhood Com-
mercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con~
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shah become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
