AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
DISTRICTS AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that property lying North of Santa Barbara Drive and
between Georgia and Hartwell Avenues, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 1 through 4, Vi Mar Subdivision; and Lots
17 through 22, and Lots 30 through 35, Block 36,
Dreamwold Subdivision, Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in R-3 (Multiple Family
Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That aH ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 993, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 22nd day of June, 1970, was POSTED at the front door of
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 26th
day of June, 1970.
