AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
DISTRICTS AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating
a nd restricting the location and use of buildings, structu res, land and water,
for t fade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
A. That that property lying between Elm and Laurel
Avenues North of Park Drive, and more part icularly
described as follows:
Lots 32, 33 and 34, Block 5, Dreamwold Sub-
division, Second Section,
be and the same is hereby placed in C-2 (General
CommerciaD District;
B. That that property lying South of Twenty-seventh
Street and West of Highway 17-92, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
All of Lot 42 of the Amended Plat of Druid Park,
less the Easterly 150.20 feet along the right of
way of 17-92 continuing from the intersection of
17-92 and 27th Street, thence run Southwesterly
along 27th Street 131.91 feet, thence Southerly
101.30 feet, thence Easterly 150 feet to point of
beginning. AND, all of Lot 43 of Amended Plat
of Druid Park, less the Southerly 85 feet of the
Easterly 170 feet,
be and the same is hereby placed in C-i (Neighborhood
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
