UTILITIES EASEMENT LYING BETWEEN REVONA
COURT AND COLONIAL WA y AND OAK A VENUE
AND COM~NITY WAY, IN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That a portion of that certain North-South public
utilities easement lying be~een Revona Court and Colonial Way and Oak
Avenue and Community Way, in the City of Sanford, Florida, described
as follows:
The Easterly 7 feet (.less the North 7 feet) of Lot 7,
the Westerly 7 feet of Lots 11 and 12, and the
.Westerly 7 feet of the South 11 feet of Lot 10, all
~n Block 12, HIGHLAND PARK. according to plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book '.

be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public utilities
easement and the City of Sanford does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
12th day of August, 1970.
