AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA ADOPTING THE FEE SCHEDULES
CONTAINED IN THE SOUTHERN STANDARD
BUILDING CODE, 1953-54 EDITIONS, PERTAIN-
ING TO CHARGES FOR BUILDING PERMITS ISSUED
WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA~ WITH
CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS THERETO.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the fee schedule as contained in the Southern
Standard Building Code, 1953-54 editions, as the same pertains to fees
and charges for the issuance of building permits be and the same is
hereby adopted as the fee schedule for the City of Sanford, Florida
with the following exceptions: for evaluation up to and including
$250.00, the fee shall be $1.50; for evaluations which do not exceed
$50.00, no fee shall be charged with the exception of an inspection
fee in which case the same shall be $l. 50.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance ahaI1 become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 22d day/~f April, A.D. 1957.
