AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 531 OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
SAID ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINAN CE NUMBER
362 OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, KNOV~N
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR
CN COMMERCIAL RETAIL (NEIGHBORHOOD
SHOPPING DISTRICTS) SAID AMENDMENT FURTHER
LIMITING THE USES PROVIDED IN SAID CN
COMMERCIAL RETAIL ( NEIGHBORHOOD
SHOPPING DISTRICTS).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 531 of the City of
Sanford, Florida be and the same is hereby amended by adding to that
Section therein entitled 'Special Restrictions' the following language:
"No so-called curb or open-air markets shall be permitted in this zone."
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith b~ and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION $: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
