AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
560 THEREOF, SAID ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 362 OF SAID CITY BY
PROVIDING A REQUIREMENT FOR OFF STREET
PARKING, SAID AMENDMENT PROVIDING FOR
CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS FROM THE REQUIREMENT
OF OFF STREET PARKING FACILITIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 560 amending Ordinance No.
362 of said City known as the zoning ordinance, said ordinance providing
for the requirement of off street parking, be and the same is hereby
amended by providing an exemption from the requirement of providing
off street parking facilities for the following enumerated structures:
1. Existing churches.
2. All buildings located within 800 feet of a
publicly-owned parking facility.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This ].~ . day of October, A.D.
