FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER ~$0
OF SAiD CITY PASSED AND ADOFTED
24, 1.956, SAID ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
ADOPTION AND ESTABLiSHiNG OF A UNIFORM
PAY CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE FOR ALL
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT ALTERING
SALARY LIMITATIONS PROVIDED THEREIN
BY INCREASING THE SAME 3.6 PER CENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. ~ of the City of Sanford,
Florida passed and adopted September 24, 1956 be and the same is
hereby amended according to Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
reference fully made a part of this ordinance, the same being hereby
ratified, approved and confirmed, accepted and adopted as fully and
completely as though the same were set forth herein.
SECTION 2: That ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
