AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA ADOPTING AN ELECTRICAL CODE
FOR THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That there is hereby adopted an electrical code
for the City of Sanford, Florida, entitled "Electrical Code of the City
of Sanford, Florida", containing therein ali rules, regulations, require-
ments, fees and penalties for electrical use and construction, mainten-
ance and repair within the City of Sanford, Florida. A true copy of said
Code is hereto attached marked Exhibit "A" and by reference made a
part of this Ordinance as fully and completely as if ali the information
therein contained were specifically herein set forth.
SECTION 2: That ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective on
November 1, 1957.
