FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, SAID AMENDMENT
TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITOB Y IN
DISTRICT R-2, MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT
TO C-N, COMMERCIAL RETAIL (NEIGHBORHOOD
SHOPPING) DISTRICT AND TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R-l, SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-N, COMMERCIAL
RETAIL (NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating 14 districts, regulating and re-
stricting the location and use of buildings, structu;es, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, the height and size
of structures, the size of open spaces for light and ventilation, adopt-
ing a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing for the
adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof, and prescribing
penakies for violation." be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Second Section of
Dreamwold, and Lots 7 through 16 inclusive,
Pine Heights, and Lots 1 through 6 inclusive,
Teages Addition, all according to plats thereof
recorded in the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-i, Single Family Resi-
dential District to C-N, Commercial Retail (Neighborhood Shopping)
District.
AND
That portion of Blocks K, L and M of First Street
Extension, according to the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida, persentl zoned
R-2, Multiple Family District, Y
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-2, Multiple Family
District co C-N, Commercial Retail (Neighborhood Shopping) District.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parrs of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
