ORDINANCE NO. 650.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA ADOPTING THE SOUTHERN STANDARD
BUILDING CODE 1957-58 REVISED EDITION, IN-
CLUDING ALL FEES AND CHARGES THEREIN AS
THE BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Southern Standard Building Code 1957-58
Revised Edition, as prepared by the Southern Building Code Congress, be
and the same is hereby adopted as the building code of the City of Sanford,
Florida, together with all fees and charges contained therein. A true copy
of said code is herewith filed as a matter of permanent record in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Sanford, Florida, and the matters and contents
therein by reference made a part of this ordinance as fully and completely as
if set forth herein, and said copy to remain on file in said office available for
public inspection.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, A.D. 1958.
