AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA~ CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN PARK AVENUE
AND OAK AVENUE EXTENDING FROM 2$TH
STREET NORTH TO THE NORTH PROPERTY
LINE OF LOTS 7 AND 23, OF PINE HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 51, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY~ FLORIDA~
IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That that portion of that certain north-south alley
between Park Avenue and Oak Avenue extending from 25th Street north
to the north property line of Lots 7 and 23, of Pine Heights Subdivision,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 51, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida, in the City of Sanford, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
alley of the City of Sanford, Flcrida.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: Th is ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
